Is the full Swish catalogue available on the eStore?

Do I need a log in password to purchase?
Log in is not required as the site provides a guest checkout. We do require your email address to provide you with Order confirmation and updates. You can create a Swish eStore account to make it easy to reorder supplies, track your order history and access special sales promotions.
I already have a Swish corporate account. Is the Swish eStore replacing my existing corporate account?
No, Swish eStore service is separate from the Swish e-commerce ordering for corporate accounts. To log in to your corporate online account, visit www.swishclean.com.
I'm a current Swish Maintenance customer, if I order on the Swish eStore do I receive the same pricing?
The eStore is not connected to the commercial customer accounts. The eStore sales & promotions are different from commercial quotes.

What is your shipping policy?
We’re committed to shipping in-stock items the next day. Equipment purchases and large orders may be subject to longer processing times as additional handling and logistical considerations are typically required before shipping. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout, and charges vary based on the delivery postal code.
What courier company do you use?
Your Swish eStore order will be delivered by Purolator across Canada. On occasion, if your order is a large quantity of items, other freight delivery may be utilized.
I accidentally ordered the wrong product, can this be changed?
For your convenience, items purchased on the eStore can be returned to one of our Clean-it ®Centre locations.
Exchanges can also be made by contacting Swish eStore Customer Care at [email protected] or 1-833-437-8673. We'll arrange for your item to be picked up and exchanged.
